As a skilled .NET Developer based in Bangalore or Chennai, you have an exciting opportunity to join a leading organization for a contract role focusing on cutting-edge projects. Your primary responsibility will be to develop, maintain, and optimize web applications using .NET technologies, with a strong emphasis on ASP.NET MVC and WebAPI. You will also be involved in designing and implementing RESTful WebAPIs for seamless integration, working on the full development lifecycle from concept to deployment, and ensuring application performance, security, and scalability. Collaboration with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment is key to success in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and WebAPI, along with proficiency in C# and SQL Server. A solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns is essential, as well as experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and Dependency Injection. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills will be beneficial, along with excellent communication skills in English. While not mandatory, experience with Azure or AWS cloud services and knowledge of frontend technologies such as React, Angular, or Vue.js would be considered advantageous. The role offers an immediate start with no long waiting period, providing a long-term opportunity with a 6-month contract that may be extended.
