Job Description

As a Fashion Merchandiser with 4 to 9 years of experience and a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, your key responsibilities will include: - Creating merchandise assortment plans for all stores to meet sales targets. - Developing appropriate buying plans for assigned categories in alignment with sales targets. - Setting ARP targets for product categories and creating option plans with depth analysis. - Formulating Stock to Sale plans for each season, including End of Month (EOM) and Beginning of Month (BOM) calculations. - Performing Open-to-Buy (OTB) calculations and ensuring appropriate buying plans are in place. - Sourcing or creating Flash Lines based on current trends for A+ Stores. - Setting monthly targets for each category and monitoring target vs. achievement. - Generating merchandise plan reports and analyzing product performance Like-to-Like (Lk2Lk). - Managing inventory by maintaining ideal stock cover for each product category. - Monitoring dormancy and pullback rates within specified norms. - Creating sell-through reports on Excel for Week 1 and Week 2 sales, including Photo Sell Through Reports. - Planning stock and sale strategies by developing product category-wise dispatch plans. - Comparing planned vs. actual results and allocating products to stores based on dispatch plans and size-wise analysis. - Tracking allocation vs. actual dispatches to ensure effective inventory management. - Staying updated on market intelligence by monitoring new launches, competitor products, windows, and schemes. - Conducting training sessions related to merchandise, product, and visual merchandising. - Estimating market trends to identify new designs for enhancing category contribution to total business. - Developing range architecture for specific seasons by creating category-wise option grids. - Utilizing learnings from past seasons and market forecasting to provide range architecture guidance. - Planning for Integrated Go-To-Market (IGTM) strategies in collaboration with Visual Merchandising (VM) and design teams. - Dressing up key stores to reflect IGTM story and ensuring successful roll-out across all stores.,
