Buyer - E&E2 SSU, AFS

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

1) Part price settlement (Wiring harness, horns, FLS, relays, fuse box, battery cables etc)
2) Evaluation & negotiations of value engineering / cost reduction proposals
3) Capex / investment settlement (FTG, Injection & stamped tools)
4) Material cost control & price amendments through effective management of ECN/RoCM
5) Commodity study for strategy formulation
6) Effective closure of open audit action points by co-ordination
7) Zero based costing
8) Legal agreement (Development & Supply Agreement) negotiation
9) Data Analytics by leveraging technology to identify cost reduction opportunities
