Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager to lead our sales operations in the field of pollution monitoring and environmental instrumentation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth across assigned territories. This role demands a blend of technical understanding of our equipments and strong sales acumen to effectively present and promote our environmental solutions. The Business Manager will oversee a sales team, coordinate with technical and service departments, and ensure customer satisfaction. They will also be involved in creating proposals, attending industry exhibitions, and preparing sales forecasts. A good understanding of pollution control regulations and industrial monitoring needs is essential. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. This is a field-focused role with regular client visits and travel. Prior experience in selling instrumentation, analytical devices, or environmental solutions is highly preferred.
