Job Description: Business Analyst (BA) Location: Trivandrum | Travel to GCC Project: TCS BaNCS Insurance Implementation Key Responsibilities: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements across life, medical, motor, and non-motor insurance domains. Document functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Bridge the gap between business teams and technical teams during the design, development, and UAT phases. Support QA teams with test case design validation and UAT execution. Participate in workshops, gap analysis, and solution validation. Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the project lifecycle. Required Experience: 5+ years in a Business Analyst role within the insurance sector. Proven experience in TCS BaNCS implementations. Understanding of insurance products and regulations in the Middle East. Experience in handling UAT and working closely with QA teams. Skills: Excellent documentation and requirement elicitation skills. Familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
