What We Will Accomplish Together As a Business Unit Director, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Astek Indias operations, driving business expansion, and strengthening our global presence. This is an entrepreneurial leadership role requiring full autonomy and strategic execution. Your Key Responsibilities Develop & execute commercial strategy: Expand the client portfolio, increase cross-selling, and drive revenue growth. International expansion: Strengthen business in the US (50%) and Europe (50%). Business structuring: Build efficient recruitment, management, and operational processes. Client relationship management: Leverage networks to enhance existing accounts and secure new business. Revenue & performance management: Monitor key metrics and ensure profitability. Your Background Experience: 4-5 years as a Business Unit Director in a IT consultancy company. Proven experience in international business development, with deep knowledge of the Indian market. You have a Master's degree in business, engineering, or a related field. Key Skills: Strong leadership and ability to drive business growth. Expertise in IT & engineering. Experience in team recruitment, coaching, and structuring operations. Ability to build and execute a scaling strategy effectively. Soft Skills: Fluent in Indian and English with excellent communication skills. Strong business acumen, decision-making autonomy, and entrepreneurial mindset. Ability to engage with international top management (US, Canada, Europe). Location & Structure Kochi, India (office presence required at Info Park). Astek India: 200 employees, 10M revenue.
