As a Business Transformation Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a crucial role in developing a transformation vision, assessing its feasibility and capability gaps, and planning journey management. Your responsibilities will include translating economic trends into industry competitive advantages, leading the transformation of businesses to enable profitable and sustainable growth. You will be expected to have expertise in digital transformation, digital strategy and transformation, program and project management, Six Sigma, generative AI, stakeholder management, design thinking, negotiation skills, and demonstrate thought leadership. With a requirement of 12 to 16 years of experience and qualifications such as MCom, Master of Business Administration, or CA Inter, you will need to possess strong English language skills at an expert level. The ability to manage multiple stakeholders, establish strong client relationships, prioritize workloads, and demonstrate a results-oriented approach will be essential in this role. Your role will involve analyzing and solving moderately complex problems, creating new solutions, understanding strategic directions set by senior management, and interacting with peers, management levels, and clients. In this position, you may be required to work in rotational shifts.
