Key Responsibilities: Dealer Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key team members of the dealers to drive sales growth and ensure dealer satisfaction. Provide strategic guidance and support to dealers, helping them achieve sales targets and optimize their business performance. Monitor dealer sales performance, identify gaps, and implement action plans to increase revenue and market share. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability, promotional support, and timely delivery to dealers. Dealers Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individual (HNI) clients, ensuring that their needs are understood and addressed effectively. Offer personalized sales consultations and solutions to HNI clients, ensuring a premium service experience in support of the dealer team Resolve any client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty in association with dealer's team Identify new business opportunities with HNI clients, including cross-selling and upselling of products and services. Sales Strategy Execution: Implement sales strategies to achieve both dealer and client sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry changes and identify growth opportunities.
