Job Description

As a Business Manager - Sales in the interior design industry, you will be responsible for managing the sales funnel and driving sales closure. Your main task will be to achieve the monthly sales targets on projects by leading a team of 6 to 10 designers. It is essential to focus on sales funnel management to improve the conversion rate and ensure the booking of new projects to meet the target of 12 to 15 projects per month. Additionally, you will be in charge of maintaining Customer Experience & Relationship Management and providing training to designers to enhance their sales skills and help them achieve their objectives. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in B-Arch, B-Tech, Commerce, Masters, or any other specialization, including an MBA from Tier 2 institute. You must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development and Growth, along with at least 3 years of experience in B2C Sales.
