Key Responsibilities: Enquiry-to-Cash Cycle Management: Oversee and manage the entire enquiry-to-cash process, from initial Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of 10-15 professionals, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. This includes performance management, skill development, and resource allocation. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a central point of contact and collaborate effectively with various internal departments, including Sales Operations, Engineering, Production Planning, Purchase, Stores, and Admin & Finance, to ensure smooth information flow and operational synergy. Process Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline business processes, enhance efficiency, reduce lead times, and improve overall operational effectiveness. Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all business operations adhere to relevant industry regulations, internal policies, and customer specific requirements, maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation. Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports to the CEO on key operational metrics, performance indicators, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: Experience: 10-15 years of progressive experience in Business Operations, preferably within the Aerospace & Defence industry. Team Management: Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a team of at least 5 individuals, with a strong ability to lead and develop a larger team. Operational Acumen: In-depth understanding of the quote-to-cash cycle and its various stages. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
