Job Description
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating with the sales team to process and track sales orders, inquiries, and quotations. You will prepare sales reports, dashboards, and customer data analysis to support sales strategies. Serving as a key point of contact for customers, you will provide product information, delivery timelines, and after-sales service. Your role will involve managing and maintaining customer records in the CRM system, ensuring smooth communication between the sales, logistics, finance, and marketing teams. You will follow up on pending quotations, support the sales team in achieving targets, and monitor inventory levels to coordinate with the warehouse team for timely order fulfillment. Additionally, you will assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and client meetings. If applicable, you will provide training and mentorship to junior sales coordinators. Handling escalations and resolving client complaints with professionalism will also be part of your responsibilities. This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
