Handling the Team of Relationship Officers. New Client Acquisition & Business generation of MSME Business. Responsible for individual & team targets. Shall be responsible for sourcing, servicing, and disbursing the business and manage overdue collections. Taking care of team productivity and business. Team motivation/ training.
