Job Description
The role of Sales Associate in the Commercial Vehicle vertical at our organization involves achieving the assigned sales targets, leading a team of Relationship Officers, acquiring new clients, and generating business for Commercial vehicle loans. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for both individual and team targets, sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business, managing overdue collections, ensuring team productivity and motivation, and providing product training to the team. Key Roles and Responsibilities: - Achieving the sales targets assigned. - Leading the team of Relationship Officers. - Acquiring new clients and generating business for Commercial vehicle loans. - Meeting individual and team targets. - Sourcing, servicing, and disbursing business while managing overdue collections. - Ensuring team productivity and motivation. - Providing product training to both existing and new team members. - Managing internal and external channels for business expansion and development. - Coordinating with other departments such as Credit and Operations for loan processing and ensuring smooth servicing and operations. - Handling overdue collections and revenue generation. We are looking for candidates with: - Relevant experience in Commercial Vehicle (Asset Finance products, Commercial Vehicle loan Used & New) from Banks/NBFC/Financial Institutions. - Knowledge and hands-on experience in retail sales. - Strong client servicing skills. - Good financial, analytical, and communication skills.
