Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Manager to oversee and drive retail store operations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in retail store operations and management. This role requires a strong leader who can develop and implement business strategies, track progress, and drive performance while ensuring operational efficiency. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of retail operations, team management, customer satisfaction, and achieving business targets. Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategies to increase sales, improve store performance, and enhance customer experience. - Monitor store performance (sales, inventory, customer satisfaction) and adjust strategies to meet objectives. - Lead, train, and motivate store staff, set goals, and conduct performance reviews. - Develop store budgets, forecast sales, and track financial progress. - Prepare and present reports on store performance, sales figures, customer feedback, and staff performance to senior management. Desired Candidate Profile: - 3-5 years of experience in retail operations and management, with proven leadership abilities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. - Strong leadership and managerial skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and develop a team. - Proficiency with retail management software, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, staff, and senior management. - Strong understanding of retail financials, budgeting, and cost control.
