With a minimum of 4-10 years of experience in Business Intelligence/Digital Transformation, specifically supporting a Financial Operations function, you should possess the ability to effectively communicate with end users, development managers, and other stakeholders. Your proficiency in Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) is essential, along with expertise in Data Visualization using tools like Tableau and proficiency in database query languages such as SQL. Your experience should also include gathering and documenting requirements with full testing traceability, as well as utilizing project tracking tools like JIRA or Confluence. Additionally, experience in predictive analytics using tools like Alteryx or Python is required, as well as creating and maintaining ETL processes using a wide range of tools. You should be analytical, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work effectively within a high-risk environment, while meeting challenging deadlines and targets, is crucial for success in this role.,
