Job Title: Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist Experience: 6+ Years Location: Gurugram About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Specialist with over 6 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SQL, data modeling, and BI tools, with a proven ability to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders through effective dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable BI reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Dundas BI, or Cognos Write complex SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar RDBMS) Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional BI solutions Optimize queries and reports for performance and scalability Work with data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrity Apply best practices in data modeling and relational database design Support ETL processes and contribute to data warehouse development Ensure reporting aligns with business goals and KPIs Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprints, and project planning Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field 6+ years of experience as a Report Writer, BI Developer, or SQL Developer Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong hands-on experience with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar databases Proven experience with BI tools like Dundas BI, Power BI, Tableau, or Cognos Strong knowledge of data modeling techniques and relational database design Familiarity with ETL processes, data warehousing, and performance tuning Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments,
