Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MIS professional with expertise in Advance Excel, Power BI, MS-SQL, and Zoho Analytics to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to convert data into actionable insights to support business decisions. This role demands a profound comprehension of data analytics and visualization techniques. Your key responsibilities will include: - Generating and publishing daily dashboards and visual reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, and Zoho Analytics for management and stakeholders. - Creating various reports concerning the Customer Service department, including SL, SR Ratio, Repeats, FTR and In-process cases, Monthly Review Deck, Monthly KRA, and Ad-hoc requirements. - Ensuring prompt and precise dissemination of reports and data to the relevant stakeholders. - Collaborating with the Data Engineering team to establish new data pipelines and improve existing ones for efficient reporting. - Working closely with stakeholders to grasp their data needs and offer customized reporting solutions to fulfill business requirements. - Presenting complex data insights in a coherent, concise, and actionable manner to stakeholders at all organizational levels. - Identifying opportunities for automation, optimizing reporting processes, and improving report generation and distribution. Qualifications: - Minimum graduation Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in MIS or a similar role with strong proficiency in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization. - Thorough understanding of data analysis, visualization techniques, and proficiency in Advanced Excel with Power Pivot, Power BI, MS-SQL/CSV using data modeling, and Zoho Analytics. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
