This is an exciting chance to amalgamate your technical prowess in SQL, Power BI, and Python with leadership acumen to deliver actionable insights and scalable BI solutions. In this role, you will lead and guide a team of BIEs in crafting advanced analytics and visualization solutions. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire BI development process, from data pipelines (utilizing SQL, Python) to dashboards (leveraging Power BI), along with providing user training. Upholding data quality, compliance, and governance standards across all BI endeavors will be essential, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to pinpoint data opportunities aligning with business requirements. Additionally, conducting peer code reviews, fostering continuous learning within the team, and staying updated on the latest BI trends and tools to foster innovation will be part of your routine. You will play a pivotal role in Agile pods, addressing intricate challenges with scalable BI solutions. The ideal candidate for this role would hold a Bachelors (or higher) degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Physics, or Statistics, coupled with at least 8 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Engineering, or Analytics. Proficiency in SQL, coupled with robust expertise in Power BI or Tableau, is crucial. A sound command of Python for data manipulation and pipeline automation, proven experience in managing end-to-end BI projects, strong leadership and mentoring skills, and the ability to effectively communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders are highly desired. A strategic mindset that can balance innovation with business priorities is also key.
