Contract Duration: 2 Years (Renewable)
Working Days: 5 days/week (Monday to Friday)
Working Hours: 8 to 9 hours/day (Standard business hours)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our growing analytics team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining BI solutions that turn data into actionable insights, supporting strategic and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and build interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker)
Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources (SQL databases, APIs, Excel, cloud sources)
Analyze business trends, KPIs, and operational metrics to generate actionable insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, marketing, etc.) to gather requirements
Perform ad-hoc reporting and advanced data modeling (e.g., forecasting, segmentation)
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all BI platforms
Support data governance and best practices for data warehousing and reporting
Troubleshoot and optimize queries and dashboards for performance
Document BI processes and solutions
