Business Head Restaurant and Bar Chain Location: Delhi / Gurgaon CTC: 25 to 30 lacs per annum Scope of Work & Key Responsibilities The Business Operations Head will be responsible for the overall leadership, strategic growth and operational excellence of the venues. This role requires a dynamic, hands-on leader who understands the nuances of Hospitality, Revenue Optimisation, Guest Experience and Brand Positioning in Mumbais highly competitive F & B landscape. Scope of Work: The Business Operations Head will drive the success of the Brand through: 1. P & L Management & Financial Growth Maximizing revenue, optimising costs and ensuring profitability. 2. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning Making the Brand a go-to social and nightlife destination in the city. 3. Operational Excellence Ensuring seamless Daily Operations, Quality Control and Guest Satisfaction. 4. Guest Engagement & Experience Building strong Customer Relationships, fostering Loyalty and enhancing Brand recall. 5. Team Leadership & Culture Developing and leading a high-performing, motivated team. 6. Marketing, Events & Community Engagement Creating buzz through innovative promotions and partnerships. 7. Compliance & Risk Management Ensuring all legal, safety and operational regulations are met. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business & Financial Performance Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategies to increase footfall, improve per-cover spend and maximise revenue. Cost Management: Monitor and control food, beverage, labor and operational costs to maintain profitability. P&L Ownership: Prepare and analyse financial reports, ensuring targets are met while identifying new growth opportunities. 2. Brand Strategy & Market Positioning Strategic Planning: Define the Brands positioning in the Mumbai market, keeping it fresh, relevant and ahead of competitors. Guest Experience Innovation: Introduce unique dining and nightlife concepts, signature experiences and exclusive offerings to attract a diverse clientele. Competitor Analysis: Continuously study market trends, guest preferences and competition to maintain a strategic edge. 3. Operational Excellence & Guest Experience Quality Control: Ensure food, drinks, service and ambiance are always at the highest standard. Process Optimisation: Implement and refine SOPs to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage. Tech Integration: Leverage POS analytics, CRM tools and data insights to improve guest satisfaction and operations. Service Excellence: Oversee guest interactions, handle feedback and ensure a best-in-class hospitality experience. 4. Team Leadership & Development Talent Management: Hire, train and retain the best talent in the industry. Performance Culture: Create a high-energy, motivated work environment that aligns with brand values. Staff Training & Growth: Implement training programs for both FOH & BOH to ensure excellence in service, efficiency and customer engagement. 5. Marketing, Events & Community Engagement Innovative Promotions: Develop and execute events, themed nights and collaborations to drive footfalls. Influencer & PR Engagement: Work with social media influencers, bloggers and media to amplify brand awareness. Local Partnerships: Forge strategic tie-ups with brands, artists, and cultural entities to enhance the Brands market presence. 6. Compliance, Legal & Risk Management Licensing & Regulations: Ensure adherence to all F&B and liquor licensing laws, labor regulations and health & safety protocols. Crisis Management: Address operational challenges, guest concerns and staff issues with professionalism. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: 10-12 years in managing high-energy casual dining bars | lounges with a strong business and operational focus. Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the city's F&B scene, guest preferences and competitive landscape.
