We are looking for a Business Head role to join our team and lead the expansion and innovation efforts across packaging vertical: Experience in the Packaging industry is mandatory. Location: All Region Compensation: Competitive salary + Performance based incentives Role Summary: Responsible for sales and business development in Export/Domestic Market of Flexible Packaging products by identifying new markets, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop Domestic/ International markets for products such as PP/HDPE fabric, Woven sacks, LDPE films, and BOPP bags in USA, Europe, Canada, Dubai Manage buyer communications, order processing, and post-shipment documentation. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and customer country-specific requirements. Collaborate with production, quality, and dispatch teams to meet delivery and quality standards. Monitor export sales performance and prepare market intelligence reports Keep updated with latest trends in sustainable and cost-effective export packaging. Key Skills: Knowledge of export packing norms Sourcing experience in technical textile packaging materials Coordination, vendor management, and cost control Qualifications: Any graduation 5+ years of experience in export packing with exposure and sourcing is added advantage.,
