Business Head – Channel Sales

Location: Mumbai
Salary:- 3 LPA to 4 LPA
Years of Experience:- 2-5
Notice period:- Immedidate to 30 Days

Role and Responsibilities
Business Head – Channel Sales are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company’s franchises. They work with both franchise owners and employees to ensure that each location is running smoothly and meeting all standards set by the parent company.Franchise managers areinvolved in recruiting new franchisees, helping them develop a business plan, and providing other support throughout the application process

Responsibilities

  • Responsible to present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic plans to the upper management
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being up to date with new products/services and competition status
  • Manage and oversee all aspects of franchise operations
  • Ensure compliance with franchisor standards in all areas including but not limited to marketing, product quality, store appearance, and customer service
  • Add new Franchisee to the business at a decent speed, one Franchisee each month or fortnight on an average
  • Work and plan on generating productive leads through various marketing strategies including social media presence
  • Negotiate leases and contracts with vendors, landlords, and other third-party partners

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Graduate in Marketing / Sales or any relevant field
  • Excellent communication, Presentation, Listening, Analytical and Observation Skills (English must)

DESIRED PROFILE

  • Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in Franchisee management must
  • Experience with market research and analysis
  • Familiarity with franchising laws and regulations
  • Working knowledge of CRM software preferred
  • Excellent Computer Skills in MS Office especially PowerPoint and Excel
