Job Description
As Business Head, you will lead the company's revenue strategy and execution, driving profitable growth across multiple demand channels. You'll work directly with the leadership team of cofounders & CXOs to scale our business, optimize pricing and build on a differentiated brand positioning. This is a high-impact leadership role that directly influences company trajectory and results. Key responsibilities: Revenue growth: Lead growth across online channels (brand web-app, OTAs), inside sales and B2b/ offline Develop and implement initiatives to increase direct bookings and optimize customer acquisition costs Build systematic growth frameworks that can scale with business expansion P&L management: Manage P&L accountability for growth initiatives with focus on maintaining/ improving margins Optimize marketing spend allocation across channels based on ROI Implement data-driven pricing strategies and revenue management systems for hotel partners Strategic partnerships: Build deeper relationships with OTA partners Collaborate with BD, operations and tech-product leaders to develop revenue-driven hotel acquisition strategy and deliver best-in-class customer experience Brand development: Enhance brand visibility and online reputation through strategic initiatives Develop cost-effective approaches to strengthen brand equity Improve customer experience to drive repeat business and positive reviews Team leadership: Build and lead high-performing teams across revenue management, online marketing, pricing and distribution Provide strategic guidance based on data and deep insights to leadership Foster cross-functional collaboration Qualifications: 9-10+ years of experience in scaling consumer-facing businesses, with at least 3-5 years in category/ PnL leadership roles Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth in fast-paced environments Strong P&L management experience with focus on profitability and unit economics Experience building and optimizing multi-channel revenue streams Data-driven decision-making approach with excellence in analytics Strong team leadership skills with ability to attract and develop talent Strategic mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills What we offer: Opportunity to shape the growth trajectory of a profitable, scaling business Direct collaboration with founders/ CXOs and core leadership group Attractive compensation package and strong equity upside Chance to transform India's travel & hospitality landscape,
