Business Finance Manager


We are seeking a driven and analytical Business Finance Manager to play a critical role in optimizing our financial performance. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in implementing robust cost control measures, collaborating closely with various departments, and providing actionable financial insights to drive sustainable growth.


Responsibilities:

1. Cost Control & Optimization:

? Develop and implement effective strategies for cost reduction and efficiency improvements across all business operations (e.g., procurement, manufacturing, marketing, logistics).

? Collaborate with department heads to establish budget targets and ensure adherence to financial guidelines

2. Business Partnering & Collaboration:

? Act as a trusted financial advisor to various business units

? Work closely with teams to understand their financial needs, provide guidance on financial implications of business decisions, and support their strategic objectives.

3. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):

? Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

? Prepare detailed financial models, projections, and variance analyses.

? Generate insightful financial reports and presentations for management, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.

4. Process Improvement:

? Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance efficiency.

? Implement best practices in financial management and reporting.

? Ensure compliance with internal financial policies and external regulations.


Key Requirements:

? Master's degree in Business Administration or Finance from a reputed institute / CA.

? 4-5 years of progressive experience in a Business Finance or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) role.

? Proven track record in cost control, budget management, and financial analysis.

? Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and busines operations.

? Experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector is highly desirable.
