To prepare Budget for corporate functions assigned to him in discussion with functional/department head Analysis of Budget pack of Businesses before review with MD Office Analysis of Final Budget 2024-25 Deck of Business (P&L, WC CF) before submission for Consolidation. Drive Budget 23-24 for assigned Functions with preparation of comprehensive budget templates for Regions and Functions ensuring Consolidation of Budget for Corporate & Global Functions Participate in budget review and analysis along with complete analysis of the deck & cost for Functions Alignment of HC & Personnel Cost in Budget for Functions MIS: Ensure timely delivery and analysis of Sales Flash and Monthly MIS for Business assigned Provide information to different stake holders across SUN Timely submission, accuracy, qualitative comments for Expense Monitoring to Function/Department heads & CMT on monthly basis for Functions Review, circulate & present of Bud vs Act report and detailed explanation to HBF & Function heads along with comments. Seek explanation for actual expenses nearing Budgeted spend or over-spending, as the case may be Monthly. for Functions To highlight the major variations for presentation to CFO and MDO on regular basis GLOBAL CAPEX SYSTEM AND ASSET DISPOSAL & TRANSFER Seek information on CAPEX and analyse same for Budget and ensure that it is part of final budget deck Review and analyse CAPEX proposals in detail for Budgeted & Special Capex, verify the financial analysis Checking Workflow validation Kindly share your updated resume in word format.,
