PracticeSuite is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about the communicating with prospects and generating leads for our Sales team. The Business Development Representative will spearhead all our sales efforts by handling our lead-generation activities and ensuring our Sales Team have a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates to contact and close. Youll be joining the department on the ground floor, which means there will be abundant opportunity to help shape our processes, learn new skills, tackle emerging challenges, and grow within the company. Roles & Responsibilities: Perform outbound prospecting (calls and emails) and qualify target companies Identify correct contacts and their role in the company to find objectives, pain points, processes and opportunities for improvement Be able to follow outlines and reach targeted goals, set appointments and follow up on leads Identify opportunities and pain points within a prospect's business and create interest in our solutions Schedule discovery meetings for Sales Team to further assess a prospects business and potential for partnership Take detailed notes and utilize automation within our CRM, HubSpot Locate potential new clients through online research, event marketing, call-driven, etc Qualifications: Good Listener and be a strong and thoughtful communicator via chat, video, phone, email Self-motivated, goal oriented, fast learner An understanding of Hubspot CRM and SaaS business BDR outbound call experience, or 2-3 years of experience in sales or customer service Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills Time management and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility and adaptability to change Skills: Computer Software, BDR, Business Development, Healthcare, Networking, Marketing, Sales, Saas Sales, Cold calling or emailing.
