Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to expand our client base in Chennai and beyond. You will be responsible for generating leads, pitching IT services, and closing deals with SMEs, startups, and enterprises.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting

Identify potential clients (local & national) via cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and referrals.

Research market trends and target industries (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, IT software).

Sales & Client Acquisition

Present Infotechs services (software development, cloud, networking, IT training, etc.) to decision-makers.

Conduct meetings, demos, and follow-ups to convert leads into paying clients.

Relationship Building

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and referrals.

Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and SOWs.

Market Research & Strategy

Analyze competitor offerings and industry trends to refine sales approaches.

Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities.

Reporting & CRM Management

Track sales activities in CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce).

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Requirements:
1-3 years in IT sales/business development (software services, IT infrastructure, or training).
Strong knowledge of IT services (e.g., web/mobile apps, cloud, cybersecurity, networking).
Excellent Tamil & English communication (negotiation & presentation skills).
Self-motivated, persuasive, and comfortable with field sales & client visits.
Bachelors degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
