Job Description
As the Fashion TV Franchise Partner, you will be a key player in our unique business model, representing our high-end luxury fashion and lifestyle media house in a specific city. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a custodian of the brand, taking ownership of a variety of business verticals such as Salon, Gym, and Food & Beverage. In this role, you will work closely with potential investors, explaining the products and services we offer and the benefits of partnering with Fashion TV. Cold calling and engaging with prospective franchisees will be essential, as well as following a structured sales process to onboard new partners successfully. Your duties will include traveling across India if required, identifying suitable properties, managing legal aspects, overseeing layout and design, hiring and training staff, and creating effective marketing plans for successful business launches. You will collaborate with the Senior VP or Managing Director of Franchise Development to drive strategic initiatives and achieve sales objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for building brand awareness in your territory, developing standard operating procedures, ensuring high levels of client service, coordinating with vendors for pricing negotiation, and managing stock and product orders on a monthly basis. Your role will also involve liaising with the Human Resources team for staff hiring and retention, as well as ensuring timely project completion and effective communication with owners. As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will focus on generating leads through calls with potential clients, probing their needs and preferences, and pitching our products effectively. Strong communication and presentation skills will be crucial in conveying the value of Fashion TV to franchise partners across different cities. You will also arrange virtual meetings with senior management to provide detailed explanations of our offerings and support.
