Job Description
You will be responsible for owning the end-to-end sales cycle for assigned vertical SaaS products, from lead generation to closure. This involves building and managing a pipeline of prospective clients in collaboration with Relationship Managers (RMs) and channel partners. You will also need to collaborate with internal teams such as product, marketing, and PG operations to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction. Tracking and reporting key metrics like conversion rates, activation, usage, and revenue contribution will be crucial. Providing market feedback to product teams for continuous improvement and vertical-specific enhancements is also part of your role. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor and support junior RMs in field execution and client engagement. The focus will be on delivering client satisfaction, aligning the account plan with client objectives, and exceeding client expectations. Managing the financial aspects of the account to ensure the plan is met or exceeded in both growth and profitability will be key. Addressing client needs, building financial plans, and striving to outperform and exceed prior profitability and revenues are essential aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in SaaS sales, fintech, or enterprise solutions, preferably in a B2B or vertical-focused environment. A strong understanding of lead generation mechanisms, SaaS pricing models, and client onboarding processes is required. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential. Experience working with channel partners, banks, or institutional clients is a plus. A self-starter with a growth mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving setup will thrive in this role. This position is full-time and falls under the SAAS/Fintech industry.
