Urgent requirement for India's Leading Mandate firm from Pune Work Location: Pune Position: Sales Manager (Sourcing/Closing - Real Estate) Budget: 7 to 8 LPA basis last drawn (Open for Negotiation) Shift: 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Work Days: 6 days working (Weekoff: Tuesday) Education: Graduation Preferred but HSC acceptable Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years experience required in real estate sourcing (Must) _Job Description_* Achieving sales operational objectives by means and methods as approved by the management Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans Executing all sales plans to achieve given targets in terms of revenue and market development. Conceptualizing, planning & implementing sales promotions activities. Interacting with channel partners for developing communication plans based on specific sales objectives and analyzing it keeping further sales planning into considerations.
