Company Description Job Description: Location: Remote/Hybrid (Middle East) Position Overview The key target markets for this person (in order of priority) are: KSA, Jordan, Arabic North African countries, Cyprus, Turkey, and once they open up again Syria & Lebanon. Key Responsibilities Strategic Market Expansion Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for MENA region, aligning with organizational goals. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics across the regions. Partnership Development Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate seamless collaboration and mutual growth. Revenue Growth Drive revenue generation by acquiring new clients, expanding market share, and cross-selling products and services. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and performance objectives for each region. Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA is a plus. Network & Industry Relationships: should possess excellent network & business relationships with buying department / individuals (correspondent departments) of target clients in MENA region Experience: Proven track record of successfully managing and expanding businesses in MENA region. Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements in MENA. Key Competencies: Has strong existing relationships with PSPs, Fintechs & Banks in MENA region, preferably in their correspondent network department Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities. Strategic thinker with a results-driven and entrepreneurial mindset. Cultural sensitivity and ability to adapt to diverse business environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel extensively across the regions.
