We have an Urgent Job Opening for the position of BD_IT for Noida Location for Leading Recruitment Consultancy

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients and key decision-makers in target industries through research, networking, and online platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Clutch, etc.)

  • Reach out via cold calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings to generate leads and set up discovery calls.

  • Understand client needs and propose relevant IT solutions including web/app development, cloud services, enterprise software, and digital transformation.

  • Work closely with technical teams to create tailored proposals, pricing models, and project pitches.

  • Maintain and update sales pipeline, client records, and communications using CRM tools.

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business.

  • Attend tech events, webinars, and expos to build market presence and generate new leads
