Job Description

Manadatory Skills : Should having knowlege and experince in IOT as well as working for NORTH AMERICA ONLY, willing to work at North America time zone, closure should be there, Working as an Individual contractor. Also need for Ahmedabad location only.
Total and Relevant year of experience: 4+yrs in IOT US- North America exposure
Salary: 12 to 15 LPA
Location: Ahmedabad ( Work from office )
Notice Period: Immediate - 30 Days max
Interview process ( Virtual/ On-Site ): 1st Round Virtual with Business leader and 2nd round Presentation round


Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands our customer base and extends the company’s reach to all the assigned territory.
  • Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs.
  • Building prospective funnel and qualifying the leads and Opportunities
  • Motivational, energetic and willing to travel for Sales activities.
  • Handling the Potential Technical products , Instrumentation , Electrical and Electronics product
  • Coordination with Peer Network and customer
  • Promotion of company’s products and services to various industry segments
  • Building and delivering presentations to clients
  • Traveling to client sites across the defined territory for product / Project selling
  • Working along with OEM & Partners for relationship building

Key Performance Indicators:
Put the same as defined in the KPI

An Ideal candidate shall be:

  • More than 7 to 9 years of experience of which minimum 3 years of “Key Accounts Sales experience” in Industrial products business , Experience will be considered if the ideal candidate having experience in DRDO, DPSU,ISRO and any other Govt Accounts
  • Understanding & Experience of Industrial and Government Purchase process
  • Must have handled Techno-Commercials marketing role in past profile.
  • Understanding of the Technical Project selling
  • Technical Know-How on the Avionics / defense / Space industry segments and its organization structure
  • Should be capable of independently planning, evaluating Performance of team sales data, delegation of task and aligning the resources as per requirement
  • Must be willing to travel for significant period across India
  • Strategic business initiatives and developing the customer relationship at Higher Management
  • Need to understand the purchase process cycle and develop market intelligence and competition analysis
  • Multitasking capabilities with passion to bring about change in the role or trend setter
  • Extremely good command on English or any other local language
  • Forecasting of business & Periodical Reporting , Customer presentation etc
  • Recruit, train, Motivate and empower sales team.

Qualification:
Graduation in Engineering (Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Electrical)
MBA- Sales & Marketing preferred
