Job Description

Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and onboard new clients across various sectors for campus hiring.
Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Revenue Growth: Drive sales and business growth by actively engaging with HR Managers, CHROs, and Talent Acquisition Heads to secure fresher hiring mandates and expand client relationships.
Market Research & Strategy: Stay informed about industry trends and market dynamics to devise targeted BD strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (recruitment, operations) to ensure alignment in client requirements and expectations.
Client Reporting & Updates: Provide regular updates and detailed reports on client progress, market trends, and sales performance.
Sourcing Majorly Fresher Mandates: Specifically focus on sourcing fresher hiring mandates majorly to expand the client base and opportunities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

Ability to built Strong Connects with HR Heads & Talent Acquisition Team
Minimum 6 months to 1 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the hiring industry.
Proven track record of acquiring and managing clients in the hiring or recruitment domain.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into actionable plans.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
MBA is preferred but not mandatory.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, target-driven environment.
