Role Overview

We're looking for energetic professionals who can manage both client acquisition and talent hiring. As a Business Development Manager cum Recruiter, you'll be the bridge between business opportunities and the talent that powers them.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and onboard new clients across multiple industries

• Build and maintain client relationships through calls, meetings, and presentations

• Understand client needs and develop customized recruitment solutions

• Achieve monthly/quarterly business targets

Recruitment

• Handle end-to-end hiring process for multiple roles and industries

• Source candidates via job portals, social media, and referrals

• Conduct screening and preliminary interviews

• Coordinate with clients for scheduling and feedback

• Maintain a database of candidates and hiring pipelines

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in any discipline; MBA/HR specialization is a plus

• 13 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or sales

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations

• Comfort with using Excel, CRM tools, and recruitment platforms
