Job Description

Designation:- Business Development Manager (Corporate Sales)
Mandatory Skills:- Strong Verbal & Written English Communication, Strong sales and negotiation skills
Salary:- 7 to 8 LPA Max
Notice Period:- 30 days and below 
Location(WFO):- Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  •  As a Business Development Manager for the Vending segment, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing relationships with key clients in the vending industry.
  •  You will be responsible for driving sales, maximizing revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction within your assigned territory.
  •  Your goal will be to build long-term partnerships with clients, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to the company’s overall success.

Client Relationship Management:

  •  Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the vending industry.
  •  Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  •  Conduct regular meetings and business reviews to understand client requirements and identify opportunities for growth.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  •  Achieve and exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  •  Develop account plans and strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
  •  Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.

Business Development:

  •  Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  •  Identify potential clients and new market segments to expand the company's presence in the vending industry.
  •  Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs and preferences.

Contract Negotiation and Management:

  •  Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
  •  Monitor contract compliance and handle any contract-related issues or disputes.
  •  Regularly review and analyze contract performance to identify areas for improvement and take appropriate actions.

Customer Satisfaction:

  •  Work closely with internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfillment, delivery, and after-sales service.
  •  Proactively address customer concerns and inquiries to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  •  Seek feedback from clients to continuously improve service quality and exceed customer expectations.

Requirement:

  •  Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar sales role, preferably in the vending industry.
  •  In-depth knowledge of the vending industry, including market trends, products, and competitors.
  •  Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  •  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  •  Analytical mindset and ability to identify business opportunities and challenges.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  •  Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  •  Should be ready to do cold calling and Field visits to the corporate segment.
