Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation: o Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis. o Generate high-quality leads and build a strong sales pipeline. 2. Client Relationship & Management: o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. o Serve as the point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely resolution of queries and issues. 3. Team Management: o Lead, mentor, and manage the performance of the business development team. o Set clear objectives and ensure team alignment with company goals. 4. Deal Closure: o Drive the sales process from initial contact to final deal closure. o Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet both client expectations and company goals. 5.
