Represent the hospital at events, expos, and other industry forums. Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies with business goals. Track performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for senior management. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in healthcare, wellness, or hospitality sectors. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
