As a Business Development Manager at Rakhere Technologies, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by acquiring new clients and fostering strategic partnerships. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing and engineering service needs, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions will be essential. To excel in this position, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role within the technology or staffing industry is required. Familiarity with USA business development processes, market entry strategies, and regulatory compliance is crucial, along with a proven track record of acquiring and managing clients in the USA market. Your excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills will be instrumental in engaging with clients effectively. Being a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, you should demonstrate the capability to work both independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial for this role.
