Job Description

As a Business Development Manager (Advertising Sales) at Adentech Pvt. Ltd., you will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding the company's media sales portfolio, and generating revenue through strategic partnerships. With 4 to 8 years of experience in client acquisition, business development, or sales within the media industry, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new clients, developing and executing sales strategies, and closing high-value deals to achieve revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include conducting client meetings and negotiations, building and maintaining strong relationships with potential and existing clients, collaborating with internal teams to create tailored media solutions, and preparing reports on sales performance, revenue generation, and client engagement. To excel in this role, you should have a strong network of contacts in the media, advertising, or digital marketing space, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced environment. A strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, you will be working Monday to Friday with weekends off, and will be eligible for incentives, reimbursements, performance bonuses, and conveyance.
