Business Development Manager
Position: Business Development Manager
Location: Jabalpur
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in franchise acquisition and service to join our dynamic team in Bhopal. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional with proven experience in identifying and developing new business opportunities for our company.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop a growth strategy focused on customer satisfaction and financial gain.
2. Identify, evaluate, and pursue potential new business opportunities.
3. Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions and industry trends to help create suitable business strategies.
4. Oversee the franchisee acquisition process; including market research, legal documentation, system development, and operational handover.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, customers, and other relevant entities.
6. Develop and implement detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
7. Prepare and present regular reports to the management team on progress towards business objectives.
8. Coordinate with the marketing team to understand and communicate marketing messages to the field.
9. Provide management with feedback on customer needs, market dynamics and competitive analysis.
10. Manage all phases of the sales lifecycle including identifying and developing leads; meeting with clients; product line development; escalating, resolving and closing sales opportunities.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
2. Proven track record with franchise acquisition and managing relationships with key clients.
3. Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
4. Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic focus on achieving results.
6. Knowledge of market research, business management, and negotiations.
7. Strong networking skills and ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
8. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
