Key Responsibilities: -Strategic Partnership Development: Identify, approach, and establish strategic partnerships with institutes and hospitals to enhance business opportunities and expand our network. -Negotiation and Agreement Management: Negotiate partnership terms and agreements to ensure mutual benefit and alignment with organizational goals. Draft, review, and finalize contracts. -Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administrators, institute heads, and decision-makers. Act as the primary point of contact for all partnership-related queries. -Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential partners and industry trends. Analyze competitive landscape to develop strategies for effective partnership engagement. -Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align partnership goals with overall company objectives. Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives. -Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of partnerships to measure success and identify areas for improvement. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on partnership outcomes. Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). -Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, partnership management, or a related role within the healthcare sector. -Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, including hospital operations and institutional frameworks. -Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. -Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. -Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.,
