Job Description
As a Business Development Manager with 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales within the Software Services industry, your main objective will be to drive lead generation and deal closures in the North American market, specifically with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), System Integrators, and Digital Agencies. Your responsibilities will include identifying and engaging potential clients, developing and executing effective sales strategies, building strong client relationships, driving the sales process from lead generation to closing deals worth at least USD 1M, staying updated on industry trends, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing regular sales reports to senior management. To qualify for this role, you should have 2-3 years of B2B sales experience in Software Services, a proven track record of lead generation and closing deals worth at least USD 1M in the North American market, a strong understanding of the software services landscape, excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Additionally, you should be willing to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
