About the Role: Were seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) with expertise in Lead Generation, Product demos, and Client Acquisition for our IT services division. If you excel in Convincing prospects, understanding regional Markets, and driving sales, this role is for you! What You'll Do: Identify and onboard clients for IT development services. Build and nurture long-term client relationships to secure projects. Collaborate with technical teams to craft customized solutions. Conduct market research to spot trends and growth opportunities. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals. What We're Looking For: Any Bachelors degree or related field. 3+ years of Experience in business development, B2B - SAAS & EdTech Sales specifically in IT services. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience in Lead Generation, Product Demo, Convincing Skills, and Area Knowledge.
