We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth. ### Job Responsibilities **Prospecting and Lead Generation:** Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities through various channels including cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and industry events. **Client Acquisition:** Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients in target industries and markets. **Sales Process Management:** Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to contract closure, including needs assessment, proposal development, and negotiation. **Client Relationship Building:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction. **Campaign Development:** Collaborate with the operations team to develop and execute effective outbound sales campaigns tailored to client needs. **Sales Forecasting and Reporting:** Accurately forecast sales, track key metrics, and provide regular sales reports to management. **Team Management:** Mentor and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets. ### Required Skills and Experience Proven track record in outbound sales, preferably in the BPO or related industry.
