Job Overview: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets for the company. This individual will work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies that will drive growth and profitability of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and lead generation
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies that align with company goals

Requirements:
