A fast-growing tech-driven & automated Central Kitchen and Industrial Catering (Contract Food Services) Organization requires Business Development Managers. Prefers Gender Diversity Candidates / Local Chennai Candidates / Immediate Joinees / Available for Interview immediately Location: Chennai (Local Chennai Candidates) Identifying and mapping the Market Winning Contracts at the right terms Growing the business in and around Chennai He/she will work closely with the CEO/ COO and the Operations team to develop and execute a comprehensive business growth strategy. Key Responsibilities: Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, emerging opportunities in the Industrial Catering market. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue and growth targets. Building Pipeline: Build a strong and active pipeline of potential client base for short-term immediate results as well as long-term sustained inflow of business. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, the HR Procurement fraternity and industry associations. Sales Growth: Work closely with all the stakeholders to drive sales growth in line with the detailed new business plan. Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts and make data-driven decisions. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Diploma / Degree in Catering and Hotel Management. MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 to 15 years of proven experience in business development and sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets, out of which, 5 years in Catering companies, Banquet Sales in Hotels, Facility Management or any outsourced B2B Services business.,
