Job description Responsibilities: 1. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction. 2. Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs. 3. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients. 4. Promote the companys products/services addressing or predicting clients objectives. 5. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines. 6. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. 7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers. 8. Developing quotes and proposals for clients. 9. Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills. 10. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives. 11. Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities. 12. Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones. 13. Finding and developing new markets and improving sales. Requirement: 1. Proven working experience as a business development manager or a relevant role. 2. Proven sales track record. 3. Experience in customer support is a plus. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho). 5. Digital Marketing Market knowledge. 6. Communication and negotiation skills. 7. Ability to build rapport with clients. 8.
