Job Title: Business Development Manager IT Services (Mobile, Web, AI & Blockchain)

Location: On-site, Noida

Experience: 2+ years in IT sales, preferably in custom software services

  1. Role Overview:

We are seeking a strong and self-motivated Sales Professional who can generate high-quality leads, close deals, and build long-term client relationships in the domain of mobile apps, web development, AI, and blockchain solutions.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and target potential clients in relevant industries through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Generate qualified leads for mobile app development, web platforms, AI solutions (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics), and blockchain applications (e.g., smart contracts, DApps).
  • Develop and execute strategies for cold outreach via LinkedIn, email campaigns, calls, and events.
  • Conduct client presentations, product demos, and proposal discussions.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to shape tailored proposals and estimates.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
  1. Requirements:
  • Proven track record in sales for software development services (mobile, web, or emerging tech).

 

  • Familiarity with AI and blockchain concepts and their business applications would be added advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into business value.
  • Experience working with international clients (US, UK, EU, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and entrepreneurial attitude.
  1. Nice to Have:
  • Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Apollo, or similar.
  • Network in industries like fintech, healthcare, logistics, or e-commerce.
