Job Description
Position : Manager – Business Development
Education : Technical Degree Holder (Post graduation in Marketing preferred, but not mandatory)
Notice period :- 30 Days.
Salary :- 10-13 LPA.
Work Mode :- Hybrid.
Experience : 5 - 10 years of B2B industry experience either in selling or designing of technology products / systems / services.

Job summary:
As a primary job role, we are looking for a dynamic sales personality mainly to sell following of our software offerings to global clients – OEMs, ISVs, SaaS, PaaS, Start-up companies etc.
1. App Development (PC /web / mobile) Services
2. Cloud Services
3. Software Sustenance / Migration / Modernization Services
4. Software QA / I V & V Services
5. DevOps Services
6. Digital Transformation (IoT, Data Analytics, ML, AI etc.) Services
The ideal candidate should -
1. Have sound technical knowledge of current / emerging software technologies.
2. Lead discussions with the customer to convert interests into orders.
3. Work closely with Project/ Delivery Manager in effort estimation and planning
4. Mentor and guide / nurture and groom the inside sales staff and field sales reps to sell / position these software offerings.
5. Be willing to travel for customer interactions (US B1 visa preferred)
This role carries defined order booking targets as per company’s annual plans:-
-Hybrid (Office & WFH) work culture is going to be the new norm, you will need a mix of outbound sales and inbound marketing skills to achieve the order booking targets. While sales would be a primary role, having the necessary marketing support experience would be an added advantage.
Skills:
1. Exposure to CRM tools such as Zoho, Salesforce, Siebel would be added advantage
2. Should have excellent communication and presentation skills, good command over English language
3. Well versed with MS Office / new-age digital marketing tools
4. Should be an excellent team player
5. Nice to have skills – Foreign language (German/French/Japanese)
6. Should be conversant with the marketing concepts such as segmentation, targeting and positioning as well as various marketing communication methodologies
7. Exposure to engineering / IT services disciplines as mentioned above Knowledge of digital marketing (including SEO, social media (LinkedIn) marketing)
Experience:
1. Have prior hands-on experience of architecting and delivering projects around the above offerings and transitioned or willing to transition to a customer-interfacing sales role
2. Experience in participating in pitches to prospective customers as Subject Matter Expert (Software offerings)
3. Experience from software development services companies, software product (PaaS / SaaS) companies, consulting organization and well versed with offshore services business model.
Responsibilities:
1. Will have individual responsibility of diligently seeking orders on behalf of Intellore for the defined geography (North America / Australia / New Zealand / Europe /Japan / Others)
2. Achieve annual sales targets
3. Expected to be individually driven and must self-manage
4. Understands clients' needs, possess drive, motivation, and acute attention to detail in ensuring all sales opportunities are captured and explored
5. Presentations to potential clients through direct communication in telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings
6. Actively and successfully manage the sales process:
- Lead Qualification post entry into CRM by marketing
- Cold Calling to Lead Contacts and pitch Intellore offerings to prospects
- Run Marketing Campaigns to qualified customers
- Target 60-80 quality cold calls or emails (New and Follow-ups) in week
- Maintain records of customer calls, tasks and activities in CRM
- Run weekly report of Sales Activities from CRM and present to management
- Work closely with the marketing, legal and technical / program management teams in Pune, India in all the phases of the sales cycle.
7. Work with Legal teams to execute NDA and T&C with customers
8. Work closely with Technical/ Program Management team for making Pre-Sales Documents (Requirements Document, Techno-commercial Proposals, Case studies etc.)
9. Prepare Customer Business Case Justification for Proposal Approvals based on VoC / Sales Intelligence
10. Capture Customer VoC, Geography, Industry and Technology Trends pertaining to Intellore offerings and provide feedbacks to marketing to improve collaterals and run dedicated campaigns
11. Work closely with Marketing - Liaise, Contribute and Collaborate for -
- Conventional Marketing (Strategy, Research, Communications)
- Digital Marketing Strategy (SEO, Social Media Post, Email Campaigns, Landing Pages etc.)
QMS Responsibilities:
1. To participate meaningfully in Internal and third-party Audits of Implemented Management System Standards.
2. To contribute to the organization Knowledge inventory documents.
3. To participate in finalizing management review inputs to be given to QMS coordinator/MR
4. To control, correct, find out root cause and take corrective actions on non-Conformity and its consequence and customer complaints.
5. To be aware of Quality Policy, Quality Objectives, and implications of not conforming with QMS requirements.
